ON-LINE REGISTRATION

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO COMPLETE ON-LINE REGISTRATION:


Step #1 - Update your household and contact information on Jeffco Connect


Jeffco Connect is our student information system that needs to be updated, saved and submitted at the beginning of every school year.


Returning families or parent/guardians that have other students in Jeffco already have a username and password. Do not create a new account. Please call our Main Office at 303-982-2890 if you have any questions on this.


Once in the system, click on your student and review ALL 7 tabs. Use SAVE and SUBMIT once you have reviewed each tab. Be careful to check each Emergency Contact and make corrections to how you would like to be contacted through our School Messenger.

New to Jeffco please create an account. You will need to provide us with your student's birth certificate, current immunization record, and proof of residency (utility bill, lease/mortgage agreement, and/or valid driver's license). Please attend our Walk-In Registration on Monday, August 1st.


Step #2 - Pay fees using Jeffco Student Fee Payment on Jeffco Connect

Payments for 2017-18 classroom and bus fees (if applicable) can be made through Jeffco Connect.

Once you are logged into Jeffco Connect, click on the "Jeffco Student Fee Payment" link on the left side. DO NOT select a student's name or you will not be able to view the link.


If you apply for Free & Reduced Lunch, please wait to make this payment to see if you qualify.

6th Grade Students: Outdoor Lab will be January 30-Feb 3, 2017. If you would like to participate in a fundraiser do not pay the Outdoor Lab fee yet.


Step #3 - Free & Reduced Lunch Application On-Line

YOU MUST RE-APPLY EVERY YEAR.
Please note that it is recommended you click "Yes, I wish to share my student's eligibility status with all programs..." If you choose not to click yes, your information will not be properly shared with us and we will contact you to collect fees for transportation, field trips, class, etc.

Step #4 - Make a Deposit into My Payments Plus (Meal Pay) on Jeffco Connect

Breakfast is served at 8:00 each morning during the school year. The cost for breakfast is $1.75. Lunch is served each day to all grade levels. The cost for a hot school lunch is $2.75. Milk is available for students that bring cold lunch. Milk cost is $.50 cents.

Once you are logged into Jeffco Connect, click on the "MyPaymentsPlus (Meal Pay)" link on the left side.


Step #5 - Clinic and Health Information

Bring a copy of your child's most current immunization record (if updated over the summer) and any over the counter medication on the first day of school. Questions will be directed to our Clinic Aide, Peggy Malone.


If your child has any significant health concerns, please contact our District Nurse, Kathy Marvel @ 303-216-6140.
